Choose the right SWAP Service option

• SWAP Smart‍

SWAP Smart provides an advanced exchange unit by courier service. A replacement scanner is sent before the faulty device is returned, helping your team resume document processing quickly.

This option is suitable for standard office and departmental scanning environments where the local team can install the replacement device.

• SWAP Business

SWAP Business provides a double exchange. A replacement scanner is supplied while the original device is repaired. Once the repair is complete, the original scanner is returned, and the temporary replacement unit is collected.

This option is suitable where retaining the original scanner is important or where continued scanner availability is particularly important to the workflow.
