The RICOH SP-1130N supports offices and departments that regularly convert paper documents into digital information for storage, processing and document management. As the fastest model in the SP-1100N series, it combines higher throughput with a compact design suited to everyday office environments.

Scanning speeds reach 30 pages per minute or 60 images per minute in duplex mode at 200 or 300 dpi. The 60-sheet automatic document feeder provides additional batch capacity and supports documents from A8 through A4, along with long documents up to 3,048 mm. It can process paper from 50 to 209 g/m² and supports both standard and embossed plastic cards.

Gigabit Ethernet and PaperStream IPNet allow the scanner to be accessed over the local network from different computers, supporting flexible deployment across departments. USB 3.2 connectivity is available when a direct connection is preferred.

PaperStream IP automatically performs functions such as page-size detection, deskew, blank-page removal and image clean-up to prepare captured documents for OCR and other downstream processes. PaperStream Capture supports profile-based workflows, while Automatic Profile Selection can help classify, name and distribute recognised documents and metadata.
