The SP-1125N scans up to 25 pages per minute or 50 images per minute in duplex mode at 200 or 300 dpi. A 50-sheet automatic document feeder supports regular batch scanning, with document handling ranging from A8 to A4 and long documents up to 3,048 mm. Paper weights from 50 to 209 g/m² are supported, together with non-embossed and embossed plastic cards.
Gigabit Ethernet connectivity and PaperStream IPNet enable users to access the scanner over a local network, while USB 3.2 provides an alternative direct connection. This flexibility makes the scanner suitable for departments where document capture is performed from different workstations.
PaperStream IP provides automatic image processing for cleaner digital files and downstream OCR. PaperStream Capture supports predefined scanning routines, document classification and distribution, while ABBYY FineReader functionality enables conversion into searchable PDFs and editable Office formats.
