The RICOH SP-1120N is designed for offices and organisations that need a straightforward way to digitise everyday business documents and integrate them into digital workflows. Its compact design and quiet operation make it suitable for desktop use and workspaces where space is limited.

The scanner processes up to 20 pages per minute or 40 images per minute in duplex mode at 200 or 300 dpi. Its 50-sheet automatic document feeder supports documents from A8 to A4, long pages up to 3,048 mm and paper weights from 50 to 209 g/m². Plastic cards, including embossed cards, can also be captured.

Built-in Gigabit Ethernet and PaperStream IPNet allow the SP-1120N to be accessed across a local network, providing greater flexibility for shared office scanning. USB 3.2 connectivity is also available for direct connection.

PaperStream IP automatically processes scanned images to support downstream applications such as OCR, while PaperStream Capture enables profile-based scanning and automated document workflows. Automatic Profile Selection can help name, sort and distribute recognised document types and extracted metadata.

With one-touch operation and ultrasonic multi-feed detection, the SP-1120N provides practical document capture for routine office digitisation, document management and electronic records workflows.
