The Kodak SceyeX A3 PRIMEflash is a contactless overhead document scanner for organisations that need to capture a wide variety of documents up to A3. It is suitable for loose pages, receipts, ID cards, envelopes, stapled documents, bound materials and glossy pages that may be difficult to scan with a conventional document feeder.

Its PRIMEflash lighting technology helps reduce reflections on glossy or uneven surfaces, supporting clear and readable scan results. Combined with a 10-megapixel sensor, the scanner captures document images in approximately one second.

Sceye Autoscan simplifies the capture process. Users place a document within the projected laser area, after which the scanner automatically captures, straightens and crops the image to the document size. This reduces manual handling and supports efficient capture of mixed document types.

Documents can be saved as JPEG, TIFF or PDF files, including multipage PDFs. With the Pro Software Package, searchable PDF output and automated batch processing are also available. TWAIN support enables integration with compatible capture and document-management applications.
