The Image Access WideTEK 25 is a compact A2 flatbed scanner for high-quality digitisation of documents, books, drawings, and textured surfaces. It combines fast document capture with 3D scanning for professional digitisation, inspection, and quality-control applications.
The Image Access WideTEK 25 is designed for organisations that need a compact and versatile A2 flatbed scanner for document digitisation and specialist imaging applications. It can capture materials ranging from business cards and documents to books, newspapers, maps, construction drawings, and other originals up to A2 format.
Its scratch-resistant, non-reflective, borderless glass plate supports careful placement of different materials and helps prevent bent edges when scanning larger originals. The scanner produces high-resolution colour, grayscale, and black-and-white images in formats including PDF, PDF/A, JPEG, TIFF, and multipage files.
In addition to standard document capture, the WideTEK 25 supports 3D surface scanning for inspection and quality-control applications where physical detail is important. Typical applications include Braille on packaging and electronic components. It captures its full scanning area at 300 dpi in less than three seconds and supports 3D scanning at up to 600 dpi.
The WideTEK 25 can be operated through its integrated touchscreen, a standard web browser, or compatible mobile devices. Scan2Net technology supports output to USB devices, network resources, SMB, FTP, printers, and hot folders. It is designed to meet FADGI 3-star, Metamorfoze Light, and ISO 19264-1 Level B image-quality criteria.
