The Contex IQ Quattro X Series is designed for engineering departments, reprographic environments, utilities, construction companies, and other organisations that regularly digitise technical and large-format documents. Available in 36- and 44-inch models, the series supports productive capture of drawings, plans, maps, and similar oversized originals.

Its 48-bit CIS technology captures detailed image data and produces files with up to 24-bit colour at an optical resolution of up to 1200 dpi. Contex Live Alignment improves alignment between the scanner’s sensors, helping maintain sharp and consistent results at different scanning speeds.

The scanners reach speeds of up to 17.8 inches per second in RGB colour at 200 dpi. USB 3.0 connectivity with xDTR3 supports faster data transfer, reducing interruptions when processing large files. The Nextimage Remote app places key scanning and copying functions close to the operator, helping simplify recurring tasks.

When combined with Nextimage 7, the IQ Quattro X supports colour management through X-Rite-powered ICC profiles and workflows that exceed FADGI 3-star requirements. Energy Star 3.0 compliance and standby power consumption of 0.5 watts also support more efficient daily operation. These capabilities make the series suitable for organisations that need reliable, high-throughput large-format document capture.
