The Avision AD345GWN is a fast document scanner for shared office environments that need both wired and wireless network access. With built-in Fast Ethernet and Wi‑Fi connectivity, it allows users across the local network to scan and retrieve documents without tying the device to one workstation.

The scanner captures up to 60 pages per minute or 120 images per minute in duplex mode and includes a 100-sheet automatic document feeder for routine batches. Its straight paper path supports documents of different sizes and weights, including receipts, business cards, plastic ID cards, and embossed cards up to 1.25 mm thick. It also supports long documents up to 6,096 mm.

Reverse roller technology improves paper separation, while ultrasonic double-feed detection and paper-protection technology help reduce the risk of missed, damaged, or incorrectly fed pages.

Users can select predefined scan settings from the LCD control panel and send documents to destinations such as email, network folders, cloud services, Microsoft SharePoint, FTP, printers, or image-editing applications. Supplied software supports image enhancement, OCR-based conversion, and shared network scanning.
