Customer story: Hospital Sint Maartenskliniek

The Sint Maartenskliniek, is a leading European hospital specialising in the treatment of posture and movement disorders with 5 locations across the Netherlands. Innovation is at its core, therefore it was no surprise when they became one of the first hospitals in the Netherlands to make the transition to a completely cloud-based workspace based on Workspace 365, together with Ictivity. Besides optimising the user workspace, the underlying IT infrastructure has also been modernised and they have migrated to the cloud. A browser-based workspace

Workspace 365-based ‘Omnia Workspace’ developed by Ictivity, provides a safe digital workspace which users can access via their browser. Sint Maartenskliniek has nearly 2,000 employees and it was important for the digital workspace to meet the specific needs of every user. Providing an optimal user experience is the goal and vision of Ictivity. Therefore, they first began by investigating the different working styles and personas within the Sint Maartenskliniek. As a result, each employee has been provided with a workspace that meets his or her specific needs.

With the Omnia Workspace based on Workspace 365, the clinic took an important step toward improving the ICT experience of its end-users. All 1,700 employees will use the online workspace solution. The Sint Maartsenskliniek now has a flexible, agile environment that adapts to the organisation’s developments.
